Confirmed Service Customer
Service was the worst I have experienced. I scheduled an appointment at 0830 to have an oil change, and then to inspect brakes, AC condenser, washer fluid motor, and front differential. I called 4 hours later to check on a status and the person said the advisor was gone to lunch. I called back two hours after that and was finally able to talk to someone about my vehicle. When I came in to pick up my truck, the elderly lady said she couldn’t help me and so I waited 15-20 min for the advisor. I finally asked the elderly lady if I could just pay for the oil change and leave (7 hours at this point) and she and the advisor bickered back and forth like children about where the paperwork was. Then she proceeded to speak negatively about the other employee and ask me to sign additional paperwork at which point I refused, demanded my keys and to pay for the oil change and leave. This was the worst experience I have ever had and I will never bring my business back here nor will I recommend to anyone to have anything to do with Murdoch Chevrolet.
