Confirmed Service Customer
Service advisor looked disheveled and was not friendly. I had made my appointment online. When I made the appointment, I had clicked on your special for $70 oil change and tire rotation. When I returned to pay for service, I was charged $88. When I questioned the charges, I was told I had to pay tax. I understand that but tax on $70 is not $18. If you are going to offer specials online, you need to honor them without having to jump through a bunch of hoops. I used your dealership as they were able to get me in on short notice. I think I understand why you had availability now with the poor service I received. In conclusion, you need to raise the level of professionalism in your service drive. I worked for a Chevy dealership for 10 years. I know what a properly functioning service drive looks like and yours falls far short of that.
