Happened to be very short staffed that day, which isn’t a problem, but staff were visibly/audibly stressed and frustrated. Then the WiFi and systems went down. I had to go to atm and come back to pay, which is very trusting so thank you. The contact information for my vehicle, however, does not match me. I mentioned this at checkout as my information was never personally collected when I scheduled or arrived. It still was not taken or corrected when I left. It just created a very disorganized feeling. The waiting area was pleasant.
