Very slow, I had no alerts before bringing it there then 5 alerts. Never really checked the problem that I came for. Purchased the car a year ago and already says I need new tires when you stated you put new tires on when I purchased. Mechanic stated with my mileage I wouldn't have wore out that much tread and there's no way they put on new tires. My phone connection has been a problem since day one and never fixed. Very disappointed and we've purchased several cars from you and sent 2 of our friends

I’d recommend an SOP in which the service department verifies parts on hand with the parts department, and said parts are reserved for the requested service. The transmission service on my car took over a month because the oil was shipped off to another dealership while we waited on the filter.

Very friendly workers. They know my name when I come in. This day I had an oil change. I was the last one of the day so it was fast. I didn’t wait long for the oil change to get done. Great work everyone!! Thank you very much

155.00 per hour is ridiculous.. Service tec tried blaming me for showing up on wrong date. I showed up when i was told to.. I have to call to check on vehicle.. they don’t keep updates up with customers. I won’t be back for ANYTHING.. i will make sure and pass it on to others as well.. TY

I needed a key/key fob replacement. I talked to the parts department several days prior to my appointment about needing both the fob and key. At the appointment, only the fob was prepared and ready for me, making me wait on the key after my truck was "ready".
