How It Works

At Axe to Grind, they firmly believe that virtually anyone can successfully throw an axe. In fact, the minimum age to participate in axe throwing is 10. Also, customers can join a league, even if they’ve never thrown an axe before. League tournaments occur weekly and can be a great opportunity to develop a new hobby and meet great people.

At training, you’ll learn that throwing is all about form and not strength. Once you’ve completed your training, you and any of your guests will be escorted to either a shared or private lane — depending on which package you purchase. You can do axe throwing independently or as a group of any size.

Birthday parties, retirement celebrations, business team building activities, or even a rendezvous with your significant other are all great group outing ideas for axe throwing. Axe to Grind even offers private bookings of the entire space for especially large groups. All bookings are either 90 or 120 minutes, including training and gameplay.
