I was at your service center. To start off with the gentlemen who checked me in was very rude. He also did not give me complete details before he started the diagnostics on my car. Once he had started he then told me it would be over $165. He then took my car into the bay to finish the work up. After the work up was finished he then came in to tell me the outcome of everything. Again he was very rude as he was talking to me and treated me like I had no idea what he was talking about even though I did. He then got very upset with me when I said I did not want them to do anything further with my car. He then told me well guess you will just ruin the car. But the money he was asking for at that time was out of this world. I feel like he could have been more understanding and worked with me better as I was there with my three kids. As of right now I will not be coming back to the service center for any other issue that may come up in the future.

I took my car in for an oil change, spark plug s and to have my cooling system flushed. I was told it would take about 3 hours for all that so I asked for a ride home it didn’t take them the full 3 hours when the called and said my car was ready. The sent Mr Hamilton. To take me home and he was the one that came back to pick me up. Great job every one!!!

If 10 stars were available, I would have scored it a 10. The absolute best car buying experience I have ever had - start to finish. I cannot say enough good things about this dealership. These days, much of the gamesmanship is gone from buying a car (thank God) and it really comes down to the buying experience. The Murdock team nailed it!! Great buying experience. Alicia Derusseau did an excellent job on the sale side. Very knowledgeable about the vehicle and did an excellent job of listening and presenting the vehicle. Not pushy or arrogant. Very friendly. Finance is sometime the stressful part of buying a car. NOT at Murdock. Very respectful and truly wanted to help and get the deal done. The finance manager, Tom is excellent. Down to earth and practical. Again, I could go on and on. Murdock earned my business for life!!

I sent an appointment for 7:30, first one on the books. Hoping to be done by 8:30. My truck didn't even get pulled into the shop until 8:00. At 9:00 they finally get it on a lift. I get it back at 9:50. Its ridiculous for a simple oil change to take 2.5 hours. I will not be returning.

Service was done on Saturday the 21st. Arrived early and was able to drop off. No issues with the service piece. Only issue I saw was the person who takes the keys and processes the paperwork was still eating breakfast while handling all the paperwork.

Dropped vehicle off night before for oil change and brakes. Got a call at 415 next day with quote for brakes but did not include the online coupon for pads and rotors. Received call back at 515 without a resolution of the coupon price. Went and actually just picked the vehicle up without brake work being done as I couldn't trust it would ever get done right.

I just paid $1,252 for a second complete trans service on my 2023 corvette within 300 miles of the first because I had a warning light come on saying it needed to be done. I suspect that the dealer failed to reset the computer after the first one so it was still tracking the initial 7500 miles transmission service. I didn’t catch it in advance to ask the question and didn’t notice that they did the initial transmission service with the last oil change. My mistake. 03/03/2025 7080 miles 1st transmission service for free 07/10/25 7383 miles 2nd cost $1,252.00 Two transmission services within almost 300 miles.

It was also worrying during the interval between the visits that something more serious might be wrong because of the codes that had been set by the cap leaking air.

I am writing regarding the recent replacement of the tires on my Chevrolet Bolt EV. After reviewing the situation against technical information published by both GM and ASE, I believe the replacement was unnecessary and based on misleading guidance. I would like to resolve this directly with your dealership, as you are acting as a GM representative. ⸻ 1. Vibration Characteristics The vibration I reported occurred mainly between 30 and 25 mph during deceleration, and while always present, it was much stronger under regenerative braking. The vibration measured at about 20 Hz. According to GM and ASE diagnostic standards, tire imbalance issues show up at much lower frequencies. A 20 Hz vibration is far more consistent with a suspension resonance (for example, bushings or control arms) or a driveline/motor-related component rather than the tires. ⸻ 2. Tire Condition and Compliance My original tires had been recently rebalanced and inspected by your dealership, and no issues were found—there was no abnormal wear, imbalance, or mechanical defect. Because of budgetary constraints, I chose to have the replacement tires installed at a third-party facility, selecting a more affordable option while still maintaining compliance. The replacement tires, Goodyear ElectricDrive 2, are low rolling resistance and fully appropriate for the Chevrolet Bolt EV. To my knowledge, GM does not require OE-only tires, so my previous tires were entirely acceptable and serviceable. ⸻ 3. Dealership Responsibility I was informed that the tire replacement recommendation came from a GM field technician. Since your dealership is acting as a GM representative, that guidance effectively comes directly from GM. Under Consumer Protection laws, customers are entitled to relief when they are given misleading technical advice that leads to unnecessary expenses. ⸻ 4. Request for Resolution Given that: • The vibration’s measured frequency points to a suspension or driveline/motor resonance rather than a tire issue (per GM and ASE data), • My original tires had just been inspected and balanced by your dealership with no problems noted, and • The replacement was not technically justified, I am respectfully requesting reimbursement for the cost of the tire replacement. I believe this is a fair and appropriate resolution under the circumstances. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.

My front tire was flat, we added air at home and the next morning, it was flat again. We didn't see a nail, so there must be a slow leak. We added air and brought it to the dealership. Whoever worked on my car rotated the tires and said they didn't see a leak. Well, the next morning, my tire was flat again. So we took it to Discount Tires and sure enough, there was a small leak near the tire wall. I don't understand how the dealership, licensed mechanics at that, missed this. I haven't had my car for 6 months yet and I already had to buy a new tire for it. Thanks!

Snookered me in with a website service deal $70.00 for synthetic oil change and tire rotate. Clearly offered on the service dept tab. Thought I signed up for that and made an appointment with that assumption. Went to pay and had to pay full price at $116.00. The cashier claimed he did not know about the discount and asked me for proof. DID NOT KNOW I NEEDED PROOF. Went home and the website was clearly being updated. Fool me once. Bet you could care less.
