Dropped my car off at 6:50am for an 8am scheduled brake and rotor job. Car didn't go up until 2:30 (when I get off work). Waited around until 4 then walked three miles and still had to wait for it too finish. I am supposed to come in for warranty work and was told at 230 that I would pay both bills once that finished and still had to pay for the brake and rotor to get my keys.
