We spent a good deal of time working with Justin Jones intent on buying a specific vehicle, including having our trade in appraised. When we came back to finalize however, we decided to upgrade to a better vehicle for us. Justin didn't hesitate to do all he could to make sure we purchased a vehicle we'd be satisfied with long term, so we were able to get the somewhat more expensive vehicle approved and finalized the purchase. Justin and Joe were patient, helpful and professional throughout.
